We call upon all progressive health and development NGOs to participate in the development of the Global Health Watch. We are looking for authors, contributions and advocates for the Global Health Watch. We are especially interested in receiving case studies of actions, alternatives and struggles that challenge the present global paradigm of health and development.

Examining the World’s Health from an Alternative Perspective

The Global Health Watch provides a platform for activists to share experiences and inform each other with practical examples and theoretical analyses to strengthen local, national, regional and global campaigns towards Health for All!

How you can voice your views?

The Global Health Watch is putting out a call for the submission of country or region specific case studies and testimonies. These case studies and testimonies will form part of the electronic platform of the alternative world health and selected case studies shall also be incorporated into the final document of Global Health Watch 3 – scheduled for publication in 2011.

GHW Secretariat moved from Cape Town to Delhi: Amit Sengupta is the GHW3 Co-ordinator

The People’s Health Movement (PHM) was asked and challenged to host the secretariat of the Global Health Watch 3 (GHW3) after MedAct, as host for GHW1, and Global Equity Gauge alliance (GEGA) for the GHW2. Representing the PHM, Amit Sengupta (PHM-India) accepted to tackle the coordination of the GHW3 from Delhi.
